The Canon City Blossom Festival is proud to be part of Stories in the Sky, an ambitious statewide celebration honoring America's 250th and Colorado's 150th anniversaries. This spectacular series will bring nearly 150 community drone shows to skies across Colorado from September 2025 through December 2026, creating unforgettable experiences for millions. Developed through a partnership between the America 250 - Colorado 150 Commission, Colorado Tourism Office, and Visit Denver, and sponsored by Chevron, Tallgrass, and UCHealth, the Statewide Series will travel from the Eastern Plains to the Western Slope throughout 2026. Our community is honored to host one of these dazzling displays, bringing this historic milestone celebration to Canon City and adding an exciting new dimension to our beloved Blossom Festival tradition.
